- 2:30 hours: In-water – kite control, launching/landing, body drag, relaunching, self-rescue
- 10 minutes: Pack down & feedback

Hi, I’m Federico — an IKO Level 2 certified instructor with over 10 years of experience offering kitesurf lessons in Óbidos Lagoon and beyond.
I’ve worked with over 1,200 students and spent more than 4,500 hours teaching kitesurfing — always focused on helping people of all ages learn to ride safely, confidently, and with stoke.
